Please show me these websites that sell cheap hydromorphone, I've been looking all over and can't find them anywhere, except of course somewhere in the onion fields.

Unfortunately the type of dependence you mention is a physical one.
If you have a prescription then just contact the OP to help you find it cheaper, it may be worth a try.
