Title: Prod to Dev. considerations

after running /bin/rsync-smf-html on dev. (to update from Prod), make these changes in Dev.:

1 - /var/www/html/: use a unique `index.html' (run "cp /RSYNC/var/www/html/index.html /var/www/html/index.html" on dev. or copy from index.html-dev or index.html-prod) and alter db access in Settings.php (root,*to_mysql_dev_pw*)

2 - ee /var/www/html/owncloud/config/config.php and add "localhost.localdomain" to authorise owncloud on 192.168.0.180 (dev)

3 - phpbb: admin user addition in MySQL once only

Dev. system rebuilt and resynced.

Database exported on Prod then imported on Dev.

now bullet proof !  8)
