That really is an awesome resource for anyone needing to taper off of benzos. Or antidepressants for that matter. Thanks for posting it chipper.

Not a problem, glad to help. It's interesting how Diazapam can be compared to the "Methadone" of benzos and i like the equivalence charts,

i had no idea that one xanax bar is equivalent to 30 mg. of Diazepam - no wonder it packs such a punch !.
