What's good on Netflix
« on: February 16, 2016, 07:44:07 PM »
Anyone have any suggestions? I just finished Dare Devil and I now need something new for my Netflix fix. I like crime/drug stuff... Here's some shows that I watched on there that I liked:

Walking Dead
Dare Devil
Making a Murderer
Sons of Anarchy
Orange is the New Black
Breaking Bad

So, whatchya watching?

I thought Jessica Jones was good and I'm not even into comics.

Every season of Dexter is on there which, IMO, is always good for a re-watch.

How to Get Away With Murder was pretty okay.

Master of None is really really good if you're looking for comedy.

I just watched the first season of better call saul and it's good, I also really like Luther with Idris Elba. I also liked zoo and The 100 was okay I like the plot but the acting, and the storyline piss me off and make me hate, but I watched all of the first season. I really like gotham I have heard some people say that they don't like it but I like comic stuff, however I didn't like arrow, flash, or Shield. I am looking forward to the new season of daredevil the first season was awesome.

As for movies and documentary type stuff I thought Evolution of a Criminal and Gideon's Army were both good, I really like stuff that deals with the criminal justice system though and thats what both are about basically. Gideon's army is about public defenders and Evolution of a criminal is about a teenager who committed an armed robbery.

Hero was good with kevin bacon about him tracking a serial killer. I also liked Narco cultura about Mexican cartels, a forensic detective in juarez, and a new style of Mexican music that are ballads of druglords. I thought Mr. Untouchable was decent its about Nicky Barnes the big Heroin dealer from new york. If you haven't seen Trainspotting go do that now, that should be a requirement for becoming a member here. I also liked Blacklist mainly because of David Spader though.

I think this is going over my head...

Thanks guys! I've seen Dexter... forgot about that. Started watching Better Call Saul. Forgot I wanted to check that out!

And Chipper, it's cheaper than cable! It's like $15 a month or something... I don't know exactly because I just bum off of my sisters subscription. I think like 4 or 5 people can watch on the same subscription simultaneously.

Hah guts I do the same thing with my moms account, she used to have cable to and I could watch it online, even though she lives 700 miles away. You may want to see if any of your friends have it @chipper and see if they'll give you a free ride.

I like to Netflix and chill myself.

Netflix and chill actually is code that college kids use to ask one another if they want to come over and fuck. It doesn't actually mean watch netflix and chill.

So my next question is do you like to netflix and chill or do you just like to hang out and watch netflix?

I don't have Netflix and I haven't had sex in more time then I care to mention.

But if I had to pick one I would take the euphemism :)

Excellent ----- "The Harvest"

Netflix cost me $7.99/month-that is for one user/device, I added so I can have 2 users/devices at a time and my bill will be $8.99

Just started watching "Nurse Jackie" which is an excellent series-been on a binge and am on season 3/E2

WHAT ARE SOME OTHER GOOD ONE'S ????????????

Thank you in advance.

Black Mirror (excellent British sci-fi miniseries)
The Fall (Gillian Anderson as a British detective trying to catch a serial killer)
The Killing (it's kind of misery porn at times, but it's still pretty good)
Helix (it's not the most well-written sci-fi, but it's entertaining enough)
How to Get Away with Murder (surprisingly good for a network drama/court procedural)
