see https://en.support.wordpress.com/soundcloud-audio-player/ to determine the tracks/number:

go to the track > click the share symbol > select "Embed" > tick "Wordpress Code" > look for the track number

THEN via the w.soundcloud.com/player and the api.soundcloud.com/tracks/nnnnnn feature:
