Shout Sounds - Simple Portal Plugin
Version 1.1

This modification will function with Simple Portal 2.3.5
It will allow your Simple Portal Shoutbox to use sound effects for user input
Attention!! : It is advised to set the Shouts to Display option to 15 or less for quicker page loads.

Please Note: 
This modification will add extra general settings on the Simple Portal Admin Page.
Admin -> Simple Portal -> Configuration -> General Settings
Enable/Disable,  Sound Effect Settings (1 - 10) and Time Interval will be available
