This mod allows you to require users read sticky topics in a board before making new topics in that board.  The option can be enabled on a 'by board' basis.  It can be enabled in the modify screen for each individual board.

If there are topics that a user has not read yet, they will be displayed above the post form.  If the user tries to submit their post without first reading the topics, it will kick back an error to them.

That's a pretty cool feature, i like the idea. Its good for helping spark conversation and questions as well as prevention of the sane thing asked over and over. And people not knowing rules.

i think so too.

I'm just a bit busy with the day job, some voluntary support work (for the forum software developers) and buggered from coming off a meth run to look into it right now.

BUT thank you for the feedback - i forget that people read this board sometimes.

I WILL follow it up for you (us) and see if it is an easy install (no conflicts with existing mods), test it etc.

Yeah, no rush, its not urgent, dont feel pressured just cause i like it. Glad you are busy with ajob, it can be a good feeling. Not one im familiar with lately, but i should work on that cause i do miss it.
