Title: Sharing of fun facts
Post by: Riddick on September 03, 2015, 10:36:54 AM
I get the vibe theres a lot of smart people here. Thought itd be educational/ fun to share any facts that you think a lot of people may not know about. I know that flipping a coin isnt 50/50. Its 53 percent heads and 47 percent tails because the tails side weighs slightly less. And vending machines kill more people per year than sharks do.

Yeah I like shit like this too.

Did you know that in the time it often takes to get up the money, go downtown and score, you might have been able to do all sorts of other productive and positive stuff?

Just being facetious there... Why just two days ago, it took me and my buddy almost three fucking hours to drive into DC, score, drive the connect back to her place and then get home.

I was all like, "damn." :o But it won't like we had nothin' better to do.

When I use to live
On capitol hill
I would beep my guy

He would come and buzz
My door
Then I would let him up
But some times I would have
To wait hours on end
This was pre cell phone days
So I couldn't digitally harass him
G)The beltway traffic
Is the worst in the country (my fact for this post)

D-boy  time sucks
What the fuck is that
Rolex for

This is a fact
DoD never lived on capitol hill
Hero1 did but
This was pre dynamic duo.

Annnnnnd I just realized that she didn't
Log out and I am posting under her name.

But no I never ate there.
Is it good?
We were planning a trip
Out there soon
Well after harvest time.
We are kinda stuck here till then.

I loved living there. The museum's.
The ease of getting around
Well if you take public transportation.
I would say my list goes
New Orleans
Chicago
D.C metro area
It probably the order of ease in scoring too

Yea you gotta be ready to spend hours sometimes if your going on a mission. Sucks but if it works out the wait almost makes it better. Unless its one of those times where you spend the 3 hours and it falls through. Then its terrible.

I ask because yeah I think they closed that location but B&C was a European (menu of select popular French+Hungarian+Italian cuisine with everything made in house or at their own production center in Nova) before European cuisine was really all that popular, like it is now.  My dad was the manager there for a long ass time, and I started working there when I was 11 (busing tables).  It's good if you can catch the locations; hit me up if you come to DC and like electronic music that doesn't suck I know the good clubs that don't play Dutch house aka lame ass pseudo trance that tries to be house.  I'm also in DIRE need of friends.  Fuck it, take me with you when u leave too, I'll work for free on your place I just wanna GTFO!  Somewhere rural sounds really nice about now!

Random Fact; they say it's physically impossible for a human to lick their own elbow, however, I CAN EASILY LICK MY OWN ELBOW.  And not just barely lick it, I can practically make out with the two fuckers.
