Title: WARNING Fentanyl laced Heroin overdoses across the Midwest

There have been a dramatic increase in overdoses in Ohio and Indiana as well as a bit in West Virginia and the surrounding area in the past few days. It's being identified as Carfentanil.

More than 75 overdoses were reported in Ohio since Friday and two have died.
