Sydney - a Hard Place to Live
The median house price in Sydney is now over $AUD 1,000,000 and the recent median real estate prices for houses have exceeded 1.1 M.
This puts real estate out of reach for most first time mortgage applicants wishing to live and settle here.
I find this utterly amazing and have much sympathy for the children of today.
The prices in Melbourne are almost as high as Sydney.
Unbelievable !
