Not sure if this is posted in the right spot, but I was surprised no one had mentioned Prevention Point Philadelphia.

A stickied resource on local needle exchanges could be a good idea. I'm not sure if there's any sort of all inclusive list of exchanges people can easily find(anywhere on the internet) @candy would likely know

I totally agree.

Also regarding PPP, I actually corresponded with the program director there through email this morning cuz I had a couple questions. To my surprise she got right back to me. They at Prevention Point Philly seem like a really accommodating bunch and I've also personally heard good things. They truly offer a lot of free (as far as I know) services to addicts and also sex workers. Anyone in the area who needs their services shouldn't hesitate to check them out.
