i felt that i had no time for guilt so i attacked it from the other end, pride !

so, reaching that sweet spot comes from brokering a new deal with yourself ...

now the older you get, the less you worry about self-esteem, too.
Over 90% of all computer problems can be traced back to the interface between the keyboard and the chair !
