whatcha eating?
« on: October 10, 2018, 07:59:29 AM »
i have low tastes and eat the same shit over & over.  i live in a foodie town, and give fuck all.  tonight it'll either be canned chili drenched in hot sauce, cheese & tortilla chips, hamburger helper stroganoff or my famous budget nachos: white tortilla chips with hot bean dip, cheese, hot hatch chilies roasted.  served with sour cream,  (none of that bullshit low fat stuff) and hot salsa.  add whatever else as long as it's hot.

trader joe's has the best frozen pizza ever, also they have the real deal two buck chuck, a red that was 2 dollars a bottle years ago not sure now much now.  @chipper you fucking whino. but no tj's in au maybe available online?

5 guys is THE best burger and fries ever.

i think capriotti's is only in a few states but really great sandwiches.  their signature sandwich is called the bobby, it's like thanksgiving dinner on a hoagie, shredded turkey cooked fresh every day, stuffing, mashed taters, cranberry dressing & mayo.  capistrami is superb as well as the cheesesteak.

You guys are making me hungry, I could really go for some nachos myself, or tuna helper. I like to cook, am a cook by trade, but still end up eating the same things on rotation. The rotation items do change though. Is just easier to buy ingredients when you're only making a few types of things.

My kitchen sink was broken for the last week so I haven't been cooking much as i'm sick of washing dishes in the bathtub. The sink had clogged and I tried to snake it out, and the pipe was so corroded that the snake broke through it. Gonna try to make something good tonight though cause it got fixed today.

I've got sweet potatoes from the dumpster that need to get eaten too. Usually what I make also depends on what i have from the dumpster. I can't recommend enough dumpstering to you all. I eat so much better and healthier than I can afford with all the organic produce I get. Aldi is where it's at in my area for dumpstering.

Just made a frozen baked ziti.  Idk what brand it was and im too lazy to dig it out of the trash but it was fucking good.  On the box they bragged about tasting fresh cut garlic and shit like that and I thought "yeah right" but when the timer went off and I went to take it out I was like "damn that smells good as f".   And it was, that shit tsted like restaurant quality.

I eat all kinds of stuff.  when im using (which I have been for like a year now steady no stops) i'll eat all kinds of fast food garbage, but i'll also eat good shit that my parents buy or when I go out to eat with them.  we do that kind of a lot, and I love it.  Lol when I was a kid I HATED going out t places especially for special occasions when id have to dress up, but now I love going out cuz I know im gonna get bomb ass food.

been eating some bomb ass chicken pasketti (AKA rotel chicken AKA chicken rotel AKA rotel chicken pasketti, etc..) the past few days but it never gets old so none gets wasted or thrown out. I can eat it for like 5 days in a row without getting sick of it. I call it chicken sketti but I guess that is a little misleading 'cause that sounds like chicken parmesan to be honest.....like sketti noodles with chicken and marinara in it.
