worth a study BUT rememeber that Morphone ORAL is ONLY about 30% bioavailable so injecting it makes it 3 times stronger.

Not knowing this could easily cause OD or even death so please do your homework !

1. 10 mg Oral Morphine = 1 mg of Oxymorphone (chart says 10 mg PO, 1 mg IV)
2. 100 mg then = 10 mg of Oxymorphone (Opana) and when factoring the IV B/A then it compares to 2.5 mg oy Oxymorp to 100 mg Diamorph, VERY ROUGHLY
