Operator confirmed both installed and verified on real SMF and MySQL.

What Nexus does now

• A project = posts joined by links. Links are between posts (messages), not topics. Any post can be given as a post number, a pasted address, or topic=N (that topic's first post).
• Link kinds ("A kind B"): contributes (default, A belongs under B), depends, supersedes, related, uses.
• uses joins two separate projects without merging them. It is not followed when a project is gathered.
• The project master is the top post with the most posts under it, unless set by hand (master). One per project.
• Branch masters (2.2.0): any number of posts flagged "master of its own branch" (branch <post>, table nexus_branches). Label only; it does not move the post.
• Every display prints the topic number beside the post number (2.2.1).
• 2.2.2 fix: options after the post numbers were silently ignored (PHP getopt() stops at the first plain argument). Options now work anywhere on the line; an unknown option is an error.

Admin page: <forum>/Sources/nexus_link.php (administrators only). There is no link button on the post itself; the operator decided to leave it as is.

listatt 7.3.0

• Attachments come first. The nexus outline, connected project cards and BRANCH MASTER badges are folded behind one line, "Nexus project: N posts (+ N connected projects) - click to explore".
• Outline shows step number, date and topic number for each visible post. Hidden posts show no title, link, date or topic. Protected boards are never shown.
• Standalone listatt_manual.md added in 7.0.0 (full version history V6.0 onward).

Open items

• Not built: a branch-master form on the admin page (command only); a link button on the post itself (declined for now).
• Not replied to: the earlier "Hacking attempt..." error on listatt_shared.php; raise it only if the operator does.
• Legacy zipper: the operator's own zipper is not available in this environment. Every zip this session used plain zip -X, checked with Python zipfile (no data descriptors). The release card says "missing" each time.
• Deployment timing is always the operator's call.

Lessons from this session

• A "project" in Nexus is only a set of linked posts; a post on its own has no status. Say so before offering ways to "assign a project".
• Check the real output before explaining. Two misreadings came from guessing which posts were peers and which were children.
• Anything that parses command-line options needs a test with the options in every position.
